cortijo Abulagar

Cortijo Abulagar was built from the original old cortijo in 1974. As a result of the recent heavy rains of 2010 ( the worst for more than 30 years) roof beam failure resulted in the partial collapse of the roof. Probably the whole roof structure needs to be replaced. Because of this the owners have reduced the price by more than 60% from the original asking price. For someone circumspect enough to obtain an independent structural survey, and assuming a positive recommendation, this property represents an exceptional opportunity.
