cortijo la Cebailla, at an altitude of 1,000m, is set back a little from the road to Nieles, a good tarmac road that carries very little traffic. It was built recently of modern materials to a very high standard. There are two bedrooms, a large living room with open plan kitchen, a large shower room, a utility room and an entrance hall. There is a terrace in front of the house and covered patios behind and to one side. The carpentry is of high quality and the windows are double glazed, the walls are of thermal blocks and the roof incorporates insulating panels. The footprint of the house is 72 sq.m., not including the patios and terrace. A short distance away is a little annexe ( 17 sq.m.) of two rooms, plus a patio, that could be converted to guest accommodation. A little further are 25 sq.m. of stables and a paddock.
