| Located beside the rio Chico, and a short distance from Orgiva, on 2500 sq.m. of rural land, a complex of buildings, built as chicken farms, which have been in part modernised for letting. There is one building of 1,400 sq.m., of two stories ( in all four two bedroom apartments), of which the lower part has two large ( about 70sq.m.) totally refurbished apartments, and two similar spaces unrefurbished. The upper part floor has not been worked on, apart from the facade and balconies. Opposite is a two bedroom partially refurbished annexe, with a large pool in between. Attached to the two storey building is a second two storey 1,300 sq.m. ex-chicken farm, on which work was not begun. The location is peaceful and rural, with good access and close to Orgiva. |
