The closest airport is in Granada which is roughly 40 minutes away while Malaga is just under an hour away. Sierra Nevada ski resort is about an hour away. The popular Iznajar lake is a short drive away and is great for water sports, fishing, walking, bird watching etc. Within walking distance of the house is a good size family run restaurant and bar.
This old cortijo has tons of potential as we predict the property would be worth around 2 2.5 million euros once all the work has been carried out.
As I was walking through these properties taking photos I was thinking of all the options a buyer would have and holiday activities you could offer your guests: stables, horse trekking, photography and artists studios, mountain biking and much, much more!
